How Many People will fit on the boat – We can accommodate up to 10 people plus captain and crew
Where do we get on and off the boat? We have several different locations available. We will do our best to find the most convenient location based on where you are staying.
Can we bring food and alcohol? You are free to bring food and alcohol. There are also several restaurants and bars up and down the intracoastal and New River.

What is your cancellation policy? Any payment received will be refunded if the charter is cancelled due to rain or unsafe weather conditions at the time and place of the charter. Unsafe weather conditions will be determined solely by the captain. The client shall have the option to receive a full refund of any monies paid or reschedule the charter at a mutually acceptable date. Otherwise, all payments made are nonrefundable.
Am I required to tip the crew? There is absolutely no obligation to tip. If you feel like the service was exceptional, 15% - 20% is typical.
Can we smoke on the boat? When we are not underway, smoking is permitted on the swim platform.
Can we cook on the boat? It is almost always best to have meals catered or bring prepared foods if you do not want to eat at a waterfront restaurant.
Can we bring our pets? While we love our pets, we have found that it is best to leave them on land.
Are Shoes allowed on the boat? When on the boat, we ask that you take your shoes off.
